    • We believe it our duty to ensure full consultation from initial registration to final placement. At every stage of the recruitment process we will be there to guide, to keep you fully informed and give impartial advice. Generally candidates register for specific positions but as soon as you are registered, you are considered for any position we believe will be of interest. This will be fully discussed with you, a job spec provided if available and following full discussion your details are forwarded.
    • We will provide you with feedback on your CV and on the interview process. Following an offer, we will ensure you have relevant information and ensure that any queries you may have are resolved before acceptance.

    Our Recruitment Process

    • Telephone our offices for a general discussion or application for a specific position.
    • Submission of CV as a Word document via email.
    • Telephone interview with a specific consultant discussing your application. If we can be of help an application form will be sent to you which needs to returned to us to ensure formal registration.
    • Face to face interview in our Regent Street offices where you will meet at least one consultant and have the opportunity to discuss all aspects of your application and any positions you may be interested in. For the interview, you will need a completed application form, proof of identity, Visa information if applicable and relevant references.
    • As part of our consultation process, we will send your CV to positions that are relevant and of interest to you.
    • Interviews are then arranged and further information is given covering the general company brief, the job description and the company's interview process and personnel.
    • If you are offered the role we will negotiate salary packages on your behalf.
    • If you are not offered the role, we will continue to look for other relevant positions.
    • After starting your new position we will continue to keep in touch to ensure you are satisfied.
    • If we don't have any relevant opportunities and can't be of help we will let you know and try to give some guidance as to alternatives.
