Accounts Manager - Property

Description:
We have continued to recruit for this company over a 10 year period and all people placed, have been highly successful in achieving their career ambitions. In the current climate, working in such an established blue chip concern where all restructuring has been completed and you will be able to work in a totally secure and positive environment must definitely be an attractive proposition. There is a large accounts infrastructure with multiple departments to move throughout both pre and post qualification. The presenting permanent role is working as a Property Accountant within the Service Charge area. The role is a mixture of people and portfolio management. You will manage a team of 3 to 5 service charge controllers all who are highly competent and knowledgeable on their client portfolios; they also tend to be part qualified. As a result as their Manager you need to have good property experience within a commercial setting, service charge exposure would be ideal and most importantly have strong people management skills. There is constant interaction with Property manager and Directors and you must be confident to hold meetings with such senior personnel. Billing Controller

Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 3 years sales ledger / billing experience; if this was in a Property company it would be ideal although this is not essential. The role is working for one of the largest most prestigious property groups within the UK. What is comforting is the degree of security and stability that the position and company offer the individual. It is a front line responsible role with your own portfolio of properties to raise the billing for. This will relate to rental income, service charges and is interesting and varied due to the complexity of leases and other factors. There is constant interaction with Property Managers and other professionals within the organisation. The scope for promotion is excellent and you will also be encouraged to study perhaps for AAT. Compliance and Legal Conflicts Advisor

Description:
This is a newly created front line and significantly responsible position and an exciting opportunity for an individual with a legal City background. It would be ideal if you had a legal degree and in addition you would have worked in a compliance related position previously. It is working for one of the largest, most prestigious and successful City Law Firms in their London HQ. The role is high profile working closely with Conflict Partners, Business Development Managers and the Head of Risk Management. The role is innovative and it demands a creative, ambitious individual who can work closely with all senior personnel worldwide. There is also international liaison with occasional visits to their 15 offices worldwide. You will work closely with all relevant parties helping establish systems and procedures and full documentation on decisions on conflict matters. You will have the resources of various operational teams including client acceptance to help effect a conflict management system. You will provide advice on information barrier policies and help encourage and support best practice in the documentation of conflict issues. Media Accounts Assistant

Description:
If you enjoy working in a West End trendy environment in a department where there is a work hard play hard attitude, then this may be the place for you. The role is a mixture of sales and bought ledger, cash books, bank reconciliations and other ad hoc general accounts and reports to an Accounts Manager. Thus it is ideal for someone who has had at least 1 years accounts exposure and is looking to extend their accounts experience. It is a very busy role dealing with advertising departments, conferences and events and ensuring that you are gathering all information relevant to the sales ledger area. On the bought ledger side you will process expenses and standard overheads.
