The role is working for one of the largest most prestigious property groups within the UK. This will relate to rental income, service charges and is interesting and varied due to the complexity of leases and other factors. It would be ideal if you had a legal degree and in addition you would have worked in a compliance related position previously. You will manage a team of 3 to 5 service charge controllers all who are highly competent and knowledgeable on their client portfolios; they also tend to be part qualified. As a result as their Manager you need to have good property experience within a commercial setting, service charge exposure would be ideal and most importantly have strong people management skills.
